  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping)

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Habitat Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.

Our Return Policy:

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bedding (including duvets, bed sheets, and duvet covers)
  • Cushions
  • Cookware

Exceptions are made for damaged or defective items – please contact us immediately if this occurs.

How to Return an Item:

Exchange Process:

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  • Once received, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item

Note: Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Returns due to our error (wrong or damaged item): We cover return shipping
  • Other returns: Customer responsible for return shipping fees
