Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items are final sale (see below)
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding, duvets, bed sheets, cushions, and cookware unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare your package: Securely repack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item

Note: If the exchange item has a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the remaining balance.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to our error (wrong or damaged item): We’ll cover return shipping costs
  • For other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
