How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and check out faster in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your home essentials to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does Habitat Store ship?
We ship globally to most regions, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. You can check if we deliver to your location during checkout.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
  • Free Shipping: For orders $50+, via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after processing
All orders are carefully packed at our Fort Worth facility before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. You can follow your home essentials on their journey to you, just like tracking guests coming to visit your beautifully designed space.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we don’t offer expedited shipping options. Our standard shipping via DHL or FedEx is our fastest available service (10-15 business days after processing).

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] for return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Currently, we don’t offer assembly services. Our furniture comes with clear assembly instructions, and most pieces are designed for straightforward home assembly.
